Kristin has helped me immensely through various life changes. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I dont have to schedule appointments with the receptionist; after my visit Kristin schedules my next appt in her office and I get text reminders for the appointments, it's great. Her office is very warm and welcoming, and the waiting room plays videos of puppies which instantly puts me at ease.

Kristin Smith is the worst therapist I have ever seen. She only cares about herself, and completely disregards your needs. During an hour appointment she talks about her dysfunctional family and leaves you about 15 minutes to speak. She lies in her notes about what you have said. If you need her notes for disability claims or anything else you can count on nothing but lies from her. I wish I had never met her. Run as fast as you can away from her.
