Kristin was great. I had an initial talk and 1 appointment with her. It’s so hard to find a therapist that is experienced with CBT, can gel with SAD and within budget. I felt she would have been really helpful with my SAD and GAD. Therapy is too expensive and she is out of network. I highly recommend if you can afford her.
