I’ve been seeing Dr. Lou but the problem I have with the practice is you can’t get anybody to answer the phone or return a phone call. I called several days ago left a message no return call. For several days I’m trying to get somebody to answer the phone and no one answers the phone. I don’t know what’s going on there, my recommendation is you try to call your own office and see how long it takes somebody to answer the phone for you.
