Kristie Frank, PA-C

During my visits with Ms. Frank, I felt everything from start to finish was rushed. I had the impression that she could not have cared less about my broken wrist (granted, it was 'only' a hairline fracture). She and I had a very difficult time communicating about pain I was having and whether it was the bone itself or the cast. Ms Frank referred to my pain as if I were imagining it, but it actually hurt quite a bit. She implied that I was referring to bone pain but I was, in fact, talking about believing the pain was caused by the cast pressing on bone, and I still believe that. My 'healed' wrist is now noticeably crooked and it is beginning to be painful again. August 2024 will be one year from when the accident occurred. I believe I need to have it looked at again, with an eye to what can be done to fix a bad situation. I will be reluctant to see Ms. Frank again and will, in fact, tell the scheduling staff that when I set up a visit. I hope I can completely avoid seeing her.

Kristie was great in diagnosing my son's knee injury. Thorough- took her time and had excellent suggestions for treatment and physical therapy.
