Horrible person- physical therapist
Thus physical therapist took multiple medical conditions and changed the diagnosis from neurologist, orthopedist, neurosurgeons, rheumatologist and chiropractors and stated the veteran only has mere chronic pain forgetting fibromyalgia diagnosed by Mayo Clinic, scoliosis, entrapment of nerves in all four extremities caused the not only disks hitting sciatica shown on MRI’s, but also entrapment of nerves through upper extremities. Joint facet disease, spondylitis, osteopenia, bulging and protruding disk.This person also sent me a blanket letter to take classes to stop smoking (I don’t smoke), take a nutrition class (I probably have more education regarding nutrition than what she knows, get a hobby, loose weight (I have cyclic cushings) essentially calling me fat, lazy, socially unwell, alcoholic, drug seeking veteran- This person doesn’t need to be working with veterans a complaint is going to licensing board regarding this person
