I came in with a burning pain in my hip. Neither Kristen or Dr. Vasak physically looked at my hip, just ordered urine and blood test and multiple scans of my abdomen and bones. My husband found I had been bitten by a black widow spider on my hip, almost 3 weeks after and the bit was infected and the venom had gotten well within my system. When I called and informed the Kristen's office of what we had found they still made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment. We had to look up online how to treat the bite. I still have pain issues from the areas the venom damaged and it has been over 4 months. When I did go in for the appointment, she looked at the bite mark and did nothing. She said she wanted to talk about my bone scan but she didn't even have my bone scan and hadn't looked at it.

Every time I am seen by Kristen she is absolutely amazing. Not only is she experienced and has been the most thorough provider I have ever met, her bedside manner is extraordinary. I would recommend Kristen to anybody that is seeking a Healthcare provider that truly cares.
