Compassionate, great listener, provides sharp insight, gentle in getting you to open up, offers suggestions without being pushy or telling you what you "should" do. She's a neuropsychologist and is great with helping you understand what's going on in your brain with certain issues like anxiety. Overall highly professional.

If this is Dr. Ryan from mpls Psychology I saw her twice. It did not feel beneficial to me at all. We did not have a good report. She does not really communicate much about herself I know nothing about her yet she asks personal infomration it seems strange their is no connection there. I felt like a huge waste of time and money. We never really got anywhere. She would pause and not really go anywhere productive in the season almost had no idea what to say...
