After a diabetes diagnosis, and a week full of self-loathing and a complete lifestyle overhaul, I needed to know I was doing SOMETHING right. Kristen Lakoma did just that during our first session. Comforting, reassuring, and extremely well-informed, I went from nervous and unsure to confident in a matter of minutes. I now have a basis for a complete, healthy, ENJOYABLE dietary future.
I wasn't sure I even wanted to go to a dietician. Now I can't wait to go back with better results.
