Unresponsive
I tried to get my blood pressure medication refilled and i put a message in through the portal and she was very unresponsive and hard to get an appointment with and i ran out. Would not recommend.

I went to see Kristen Ferrell in January due to pain in my right calf. Based on her evaluation and my medical history she and her nurse set up an appointment for a venous doppler (scan for a DVT/blood clot) the next day. I'm grateful I received a diagnosis at the imaging center because she never followed up! I'm appalled any medical practitioner would ever send someone with a possible life threatening condition to be tested and blow them off. Do not see this person.

I saw Kristen Ferrell for my AWW because the provider I had been seeing recently moved to another practice. It was my first visit with Kristen and I was very impressed. She listened to me and explained things to me in a way I understood. She is very compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. I will be seeing her for my AWW as I was pleased to have someone so understanding. I highly recommend her!
