Down to earth, easy going. Understanding, and calming to the kids. My boys are at ease with her. Kristen has thought outside the box; which reassures us that each one of our 3 boys are getting true individual care. The appointments are fast, but not rushed. Perfect timing before the kids have meltdowns. We've had to call on holidays, and without frustration helped my husband and I make the best choice for medical attention. So happy I found ipeds.
