Although this was a virtual visit, Dr Chou listened to all my concerns and provided much needed medical guidance. She came across as knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and very welcoming. It’s one thing to find an excellent provider, but it’s an added bonus when she puts your mind at ease from the moment she says, ”hello.” So glad that she’s one of the providers at this location now.
