Kristen is by far the best mental health professional I've seen and i have been seeing people for 20 years. she is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease right away . she has helped me beyond measure, I'd give her 100 stars if possible!

I got super lucky when Kristen was assigned to my case. She has seen me at my worst and best. I still suffer from depression and social anxiety, she has taught me skills so I can cope with my feelings when forced to out of the house. I am a happier person and have better relationships with family and friends. I am truly grateful she is my therapist, she is warm, patient, caring, and on occasion quite funny.
