Poor patient care and lacks integrity

Focused more on increasing revenue than on helping patients improve. She oversees and authorizes PTs to only see patients for initial consultations (which increases number of patients) and then pushes existing patients to unsupervised assistant PTs. Lack of integrity and business acumen to create patient satisfaction. Definitely hurting patient care at OrthoCarolina’s sports rehab.
