Krista always goes above and beyond my expectations. She truly listens and works with me to overcome and solve any issues I may have. Her suggestions and recommendations are always based off of what she heard from my concerns. She's patient and I really feel like she cares about me and even my family, and is determined to help me overcome obstacles I may be having with my medical equipment and progress. And she even gave me and my son gold stars when we got our A1Cs down. I may be pushing 50, but by God, those gold stars are still quite the reward! Lol

I think Krista is amazing. My diabetes has been much more controlled since I started seeing her. Normally, I won't see a PA, but in this case, Krista has diabetes and she GETS IT! She understands the frustrations, the irritations, and more. She is the only provider I have ever gone to who has what I have and understands it. She is fabulous and I recommend her to many people.

The most important thing is Krista has helped me keep my A1C below 6 consistently. She really understands pump technology. Office staff are very friendly and always helpful. I always look forward to my next visit!

PA Patefield was open to my input. She suggested a change in my medications to address the digestive issues I was having.

I wanted to say I wouldn't recommend Krista, but only because I want her all to myself. Seriously though, she NEVER makes us feel rushed or brushes off any of our concerns. In fact, she makes us feel like we are her only patients and our care (mine and my son's) is her only concern. This is how all care providers should be.
