Krista Germain was so attentive and kind talking to our son about what the next steps were and set his anxieties at ease. Highly recommend to anyone with anxious kiddos.

Assumed during the first minutes that my daughter had stomach flu despite no vomiting and showing other signs of constipation. No physical exam. No diagnosis but still prescribed a different medication with only a vague reason why. Whispered words she thought my daughter couldn't hear even though she was sitting right there and is not hard of hearing. That bit was just weird. Did spend a lot of time with us and tried to answer most of the questions I was able to think of in the moment.

Krista Germain was great with her communication skills, great with making my child and I feel comfortable with her and her recommendations, etc. Overall, Best GI provider we've gotten, and hope to move forward with her helping my child.
