Saw Kris one time after they changed therapists after a month. In twenty minutes she destroyed my back and made it worse than it ever was. I had successfully dealt with a back issue for 30 years including hiking numerous times in the mountains. I do not believe she was properly prepared for my visit and did a deep massage in the lower center spinal region of my back. I was in agonizing pain for days and still have not recovered in three months and will now be seeing a surgeon to see if there is anything that can be done. Avoid Fit for Life physical therapy and especially Kris.
