If I could give her a minus 1 star I would - she was the prescribing doc and final approval on a medicine I take that my oncologist recommended lowering the dose. After having multiple issues with the office issuing referrals I noticed that she didn't have the correct dosage listed on my portal chart and hadn't scheduled me for a follow up. She insisted that she wasn't the responsible doc even though she issued the prescription - and basically fired me as her patient - told me to go find another
