Kira took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Made me feel at ease during my exam.

Horrible provider. I think she hates her job and it reflects in the way she cares for her patients. She does not listen or care about your concerns. She doesn’t read labs or other doctors notes until you are sitting in front of her. She has no idea what is going on with you and she doesn’t care. Frequently says “as we discussed previously” even though she had NEVER said anything to you about labs/medications/referrals. She is rushed, dismissive and condescending. I am extremely disappointed in my care.

I am fairly a new patient with Kira, initially in my in-person visit I felt rushed and felt like she was just trying to get me out of there. I didn't feel "comforted" in a way. However, Kira went above and beyond in getting labs done, got me a prescription for a medication that is way cheaper prescribed than over the counter, and we are starting to get down to the root of the problems. I have done a couple virtual visits with her, although they are also quick, she is very good at following up and coming up with a "game-plan" So far, I plan on keeping her as my PCP. She is helping me to feel better.

Kira saved my life! I have been her patient for a year now and I have never had better care. She listens with compassion and kindness. She hears everything I say and takes every thing into consideration. I have had complications from getting covid and her smart and quick decisions regarding my health have saved my life on many occasions. She not only looks at medical evidence and labs but she takes the human element into consideration. She gas never made me feel like I am "crazy" or wanting attention. She has called me after hours to check on me. Her staff is top notch, the most compassionate and caring I have ever encountered. No ball has ever been dropped in regards to my care. I HIGHLY recommend Kira and her staff to anyone looking for compassionate, smart, progressive medical care.

I was seeing NP Whaley as my ob/ primary care since I’m a 30 yo woman without any health issues. The visit was fine, but 6 months after my visit I needed to fill the birth control that she had prescribed that was good for a year and found that it had expired due to a pharmacy error. I called her office several times and was informed that she would not reissue the prescription without an office visit despite that the prescription should have been valid for another 6 months had it not expired. This feels like a shameless way to try to get money from an extra, completely unnecessary, office visit. Now I have to go off of the hormones that have been regulating me for 14 years only to go back on them immediately. This will completely mess with my body and I’m very disappointed with this response. I recommend you find a different provider who actually cares about your health.
