I was running a few minutes late to my appointment and tried to call ahead but couldn’t get through. I arrived within 10 minutes, and the kiosk would not scan me in. There was no one at the desk, so I waited a while longer. By the time someone came to the desk, they checked with Kira and she would not see me.
