The office has a business model of high throughput, low engagement. They move many marginally sick or not sick patients through quickly, using mostly lower paid, non-MD providers. A business optimized for insurance fees. They require extra visits for maintenance prescriptions, tacking their fee onto the pharma costs. In my case, NP Wolf overlooked some unusual variances in test results that, luckily, other providers picked up on.

Total insurance SCAM.......Went in On Monday, asked to have my thyroid checked because previously another doctor had me on them. I have been trying to loose weight for 2 months now and only 7 pounds. I have a trainer & meal plan so this is important to me. I asked about weightloss pill and was told that if my thyroid came back normal. I could have one. Tuesday got a call (thyroid is within range) So I asked about my weightloss pill. I was told I'd have to come back in. If this isn't taking advantage I'm not sure what to call it.
