Kimberly has assisted me through various mental issues I have had. Mainly Panic Attacks and some depression. She listens, offers options and I feel is a very good provider.

No,No,No,No!!! Scheduled for appointment in December 2019. Appointment given was for August 2020. 30 minutes before appointment! Nurse calls to cancel. (Due to the “doctor” called in sick). Rescheduled again for 3 weeks later for Zoom meeting With her. She checks in 15 minutes after appointment time. Eating, and telling me she didn’t know if I was going to show up. Take responsibility. After exchanging greetings, the Zoom website, or internet, is interrupted. I called clinic, and reestablished connection. “Doctor apparently went back to lunch with no attempt to call me (they have my cell number). When I spoke to receptionist she told me “ the doctor waited 10 minutes, and continued with her day. Rescheduled me for Jan. 2021. This lady is suppose to help people with mental health issues, but it appears only for a paycheck. Instead we have suicides, and murders due to incapable medical staff, and individuals who feel mental health has a “Just Wait and See” attitude. Cheeseburgers no help
