Very professional and thorough

Dr. Walker is great. I was disappointed with the quality of cleanliness of the facility. Trash on the floor, marks on the walls. Looks like maintenance is going downhill.

She is an excellent doctor and above all, very kind.

Some of these questions should have a "I don't remember" answer option because I definitely do not remember all these.

Dr Walker was friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing and why,and the best way to deal with it.

Parking area could use some space improvements

Dr. Walker is the best. Extremely patient, informative, and thorough with explaining everything. She always makes my daughter feel at ease.

My opinion is that the appointment went very well. The ladies were very friendly and the doctor was a very good person, and she has given time to my son and my daughter. She is very patient and very good.

Dr. Walker is obviously very bright, but another excellent aspect of her personality is her patience. I am not an easy patient due to inconsistent issues. On a given day, symptoms can change or even disappear. I certainly don't like that, but Dr. Walker had the patience to work through those inconsistencies with grace and aplomb. Thanks!

This visit was a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and helpful as before, but the optometrist was the highlight. Dr. Walker was approachable, listened attentively, asked relevant questions, ran several tests, and came to reasonable conclusions which she explained clearly. It is evident that she loves what she does, has an inquisitive and caring mind, and is overall the is the best medical provider I have met at UCI.
