Kimberly is always nice and very easy to talk too. You can tell she really cares about you and is trying to get your pain under control. The office is very sufficient about getting your prescriptions and refills to you. If there are medication changes they make sure to have them in the pharmacy within 24 hours or sooner. If you have any questions at all, you can call and leave a message with the appropriate person and someone will get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. In my experience, it has always been the same day but you supposed to allow them 24 hours. The staff there are all pleasant and the office is clean and has a nice environment. If you come here, you have made a wise choice
