Kim took the time to evaluate my issues and complaints and explained my problems thoroughly.She helped navigate my managed care and health challenges.I was given clear instructions for my home program as well.She was very caring and made me feel valued during a very difficult time in my life.I could use my online portal to communicate with her also. I have had many providers over the years but Kim was and still is an excellent resource.I will see her again if needed.Friendly and very helpful.

Over the past 10 years I have Kim has been my requested therapist. She has helped me not only recover from shoulder and back fractures but the ongoing surgeries and complications from the accidents. Kim has always taken the time to assess my needs, consider my limitations and abilities and provided guides for homework for strengthening between appointments. I recently needed copies of my medical records and found that her documentation was the most accurate. Kim is definitely my partner in health care.

I had a complex issue and she was the first therapist to fully assess me . She discussed her findings in detail and developed a plan of treatment with me. Her hands on skills were great and she gave me a home program that was very helpful. I would return for her care in the future.

Horrible experience, rip off! She didn't listen nor presented a plan for our sessions, she saw me for barely 20 minutes 5 of which she spent looking for a piece of paper to give to me... I can't even explain what a joke this was. I have had great physical Therapy from very good places in the past, and this is not a place that will take your well being at heart. I think they are independent contractor ... horrible, the worse.
