Friendly and thorough
Able to complete paperwork prior to appointment. Short wait for a morning appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not require any treatment so cannot comment on anything but a basic screening which seemed to be thorough.

Rushed and no privacy
I get doctors offices need to get through a lot of patients during a day so I understand that part, but the entire appt felt very impersonal. They also kept opening the door while I was laying down with only undergarments on and anyone in the office area could easily look in so maybe allowing the patient to sit up first before leaving the room would be nice.

Rushed visit
I felt rushed and no real help was offered for my condition. Wish they had asked why I was making the appointment and found out I needed to see an allergist and not a dermatologist for my swollen eyes. Would have saved me time and money.

Professional and empathetic
I have lots of skin damage, and I own up to my lifetime of poor skincare practice. As a skin cancer (malignant melanoma) patient, I am becoming hyper-vigilant but also a bit fearful of any unusual apparitions on my skin. Kimberly was compassionate and empathetic while don downplaying the importance of being attentive always. Thanks so much!
