I have been going to Newport Family Medicine for about 2 years and am very satisfied with the level of care I've received. Kimberly is professional, caring, and respectful. She is never dismissive, taking time to listen to my concerns, always providing clear explanations regarding the condition, the suggested course of treatment, and follow up.

I saw PA Pinckney for a lung infection, she told me the symptoms I was experiencing “don’t make sense” and tried to tell me it was just anxiety even though I was literally coughing up brown mucus and struggling to breath. I have struggled with anorexia for over 10 years, it’s at the top of my chart that I am anorexic and still her only recommendation after seeking help for my LUNG INFECTION was I should diet and exercise.

Terrible, rude and as a doctor to lie to your patients is absolutely horrific. Stay away from this incompetent and rude doctor.

Didn't take the time to listen or advise on my findings on my colonoscopy. Basically said, It was all in my head as to why I was feeling bad. The findings of my colonoscopy were gastritis, barrett's esophagus (esophagitis), and moderate to severe diverticulosis. She quickly chalked up to IBS with constipation and said to reduce my stress. I asked for guidance on what was best for me in regards to diet, brown rice or white rice,etc. She didn't advise anything helpful. She just kept stating "
