Very disappointed by this BCBA and her company. We had inconsistent services from 2 therapists ( one very under qualified) then we were dropped immediately. And no attempt to get a replacement for my son. Kimberly Potter didn’t even bother to respond to my email when I requested contract termination. She is not interested in her clients at all. I do not recommend.
