Non-trusting practioner
During my visit she had told me and my family member that I only needed one dose for a certain immunization, but I came back for the next visit and I was told by the other workers that I need a second dose. She was not there but in her notes she wrote the complete opposite of what she told me. I will not be able to get into nursing school this upcoming semester since I have to wait six months for the next dose which she did not say, I had to the first time.
