This was a terrible experience! My husband just needed to get his paper signed so he could renew his drivers license. She hadn't reviewed the data that she required him to give before the visit. She didn't understand the questions we were asking, even though we both asked the same question twice (4 times total) in different ways. She spoke in an oblique way, trying to show off her knowledge, instead of addressing our concerns. We were billed strangely, more than an office visit. Never again.
