Went to Fatima Hospital for severe allergic reaction to poison ivy. I explained to Kimberly that my symptoms were unbearable and that the rash was widely spreading all over my body. I explained to her that it kept me up at night and it was almost impossible to stay asleep. When it came to me showing her the rash she didn’t seem to care. She took a quick glance at my neck and quickly prescribed hydrocortisone. She did not even bother to take a look at other parts of my body. I myself had to tell her “don’t you want to see where else the rash is so you know how bad it is” she was rude and said “I know it’s poison ivy” and said there was nothing else she could do for me. I felt uncared for and rushed out the room and the hydrocortisone did nothing for me.

Worst person I’ve ever met!! Went into Fatima for a lump on my rib cage and I left with the same exact questions I went in with! Thanks for nothing Kim and thanks for nothing Fatima! You both aren’t worth a dime
