Therapy here was horrible. I was younger, and a child with generalized anxiety disorder and sensory processing disorder. She provided childish charts that I had outgrown to show my emotions, was rude at times and one to rush, and biased to my mother's side. I gained nothing and only found it to be a waste of time. No help for any coping strategies when having anxiety attacks, no help to refocus my mind from current events of abuse and manipulation towards me. Just her acting like I should outgrow it.
