My child started with Kinsler in the end of 2022. When speaking to the office staff you all conversations start with payment first and the patient needs last. Never had we experienced any compassion or willingness to consider patient needs first. Despite my child’s excellent relationship with her counselor, I had to terminate services due to their poor business practices. I would avoid this practice at all cost.

After reading through all the reviews I’m shocked..... I have been going here now for a few weeks and I love it! The receptionist is very sweet, and my therapist Dr. V is knowledgeable and so unbelievably helpful. As far as being charged a fee for missing an appointment, well that was all in the paperwork when you sign up. They require a 24 notice if you are going to cancel, I've cancelled an appointment and wasn’t charged because I followed the guidelines. As far as making appointments, I find them very flexible and accommodating. Today I got a same day appt! The wait time is the norm, 5-10 mins. For me they are very prompt. Overalll I am very very satisfied from beginning to end with this practice and would recommend them to my family and friends.

This is the worst counselor location ever!!!! They screw up your appointments and expect you to reschedule months later. You can never get an appointment. Then when you run into a situation they won’t work with you at all. They charged me $150 for a missed visit. That was not the charges I signed up for when signing my papers. I then got a letter from a debt collector. Horrible horrible place!!!! I need counseling after dealing with these people. UGH

AVOID AT ALL COST! This place is out for your money. Gave my son a diagnosis of ADHD at 4.5 that was so far inaccurate it was not funny. Took him to another doctor and they said he has a form of childhood anxiety. All they spoke about was if your insurance pays this and if you pay that. They could care less of the patient. Charged my credit card for days I never even went in to see them. Argued when I showed the proof. Had credit card fraud after every visit. AVOID, AVOID and AVOID!

Kinsler & Associates as an overall business is sub par. In my personal experience i have never seen/heard of a medical office that has multiple doctors accepting different coverage's of insurance but operating as one business. As a client the #1 aspect in choosing a medical provider in most cases comes down to finances. This practice has major communication issues when it comes to pricing and insurance coverage's. Will tell you your coverage is accepted and then try to charge $150-$250/HR.

Overall disappointed. Front desk never said Hello or asked my name. As directed, I arrived 15 earlier than my appt, but they weren't even open. My appt started late because the Dr wasn't ready and they took it out of my appt time. They refused to verify my insurance & insisted a pay upfront. I had to the call my insurance for them. The doctor I met with didn't seem to care about my initial experience. Needless to say, I won't be returning nor would I recommend them.
