99 %the of the time, this place usually runs pretty smooth. Blood test, visit with DR. or NP ( Kim) then infusion room sign in, and your chemo day begins. I had my insurance refuse a follow up treatment that required me to come back MULTIPLE times in the week following Chemo. An office staff member-no other way to say it-screwed up, and I had waited 3 hrs. another sent me home, then to call me back. my next visit with Amy, she said it you wait more than 20 mins, find me. She is good

Kim is very kind, thoughtful, and listens to how you are feeling, and answers any questions you may have. I have had some bad days during the past 14 years of my cancer treatment and Kim has made me feel better and made me smile. I would definitely recommend her to any new patients at the Hope Center.
