Scheduled an appointment months ago and I showed up for the appointment and the front desk said I was not on the list. No apology. And the front desk did find that I was scheduled but told me I had to wait for a moment. When asked how long I have to wait, the reply was at least 30 minutes past the scheduled time. No professional at all. Would not recommend. They don't have very friendly staff.
