I was referred to Dr Justis who came highly recommended, naturally leading to a longer wait time to get in for an initial visit. The receptionist offered for me to see a PA for my first visit, as an option to get me in sooner and into the system. I accepted and saw Kimberly Friesema the next day. She was extremely patient and kind in offering me ample time to describe my conditions. She never made me feel rushed. She also validated my concerns and my own thoughts about my body and health. She was never patronizing or condescending, a trait I have experienced with other providers. I am pleased to say that I have found my new provider and would highly recommend her. Thanks Kim!
