Terrible Communication and Practices
Telehealth
I was seeing Kim for therapy and they ghosted me. I showed up to every appointment on time and then they were just gone. Never returned my calls or texts. I also found out later from my insurance that I was charged for appointments that I never had scheduled...? Not sure what was happening there. One time they said they had to reschedule our virtual appointment because they were locked out of the office, they could have sat in their car? Just frustrating when you are hoping to work on yourself and the individual who is supposed to help doesn't care about you or their job, just the money.
