Kimberly Colna

Kim is a great therapist and a great friend. She has helped me overcome my anxiety by building skills through CBT therapy. She worked hard to design our therapy sessions into a space that was comfortable but pushed me out of my comfort zone. She never makes me feel insecure or disappointed for who I am. She comforts me when I am struggling and always reminds me how proud she is of me. I believe that she wants the best for me and will work hard to help me reach my goals. She is happy to help whenever and wherever. Kim has flipped my life upside down but in the best way possible. I would definitely not be in the place I am today without her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because she is phenomenal and a great human being and therapist.

Kim has made a world of difference for our daughter and our family. She is a phenomenal therapist who is skilled in both CBT and DBT. With her guidance, our daughter is in a much better place and has learned many skills to help her navigate life. The therapy sessions have also improved her confidence and self-esteem beyond what we ever thought was possible. Kim has also worked with us as a family which has made a huge impact on our relationship. We now feel close to our daughter as we did when she was younger. I highly recommend Kim for any child or adolescent mental health needs.
