Kimberly made the audiology test go like a breeze, explaining all questions I had, and listened to what I had to say. and answered all questions.All the options available were kind of overwhelming but she went thru each and it became much easier..Her knowledge and sense of humor helped me make it thru the cardiac arrest I almost had when we discussed pricing LOL,but she seriously made it so much easier to accept with all the options she gave me and explained each and every one quite eloquently.

Kimberly did an hearing test approx. 2 years ago @ Dr Nadel's office. It was recommended that I required an hearing aid. Kimberly sat with me and went over all my options. I choose a Resound hearing aid. i tried one out and ordered it. What a difference! Since then I've revisited Kimberly sever times to work out minor problems. She is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her. I've sent my friend Dale there and he also had outstanding results.
