Frazzled, Rushed, Poor Listener
I loved Dr. Lavenburg, granted they are big shoes to fill. Dr Bristow has been a great disappointment. She flies in the room like she overslept, she listens to respond, clearly not to comprehend. She then talks to her assistant or nurse as if you're not in the room, doesn't explain anything then flutters out of the room. My next appointment was with Dr Lavenburg, she had notes about the wrong eye!!! Saw her a few times and is the reason I doubt I will be going back since Dr Lavenburg has fully retired. I do not recommend her to anyone elderly, she will not take the time to listen nor engage in conversation to insure you both understand what's going on. Just terrible each time I saw her, the fact she consulted with Dr Lavenburg was the only reason I saw her more than once. I'm sure she's a nice person and hope she learns skills with the elderly yet I cannot waste what valuable time I have left with her.
