Life changing experience
Dr. Gelbort was a challenger when I needed it, a comforter when the moment called for it, and a teacher when a lesson needed sharing. I’ve heard stories of therapists who just sit and listen. I loved that Dr. G was an active participant in my process. Through CBT and EMDR, I was able to work through my anxiety and negative thought patterns. My anxiety was at a 10 when I met her, a 5 when I finished 2-years of therapy, and now, 8 years later, it’s rarely above a 2. If you’re ready to do your work, she’s a great partner to support attaining your goals.

Excellent Therapist
Dr. Gelbort has helped me learn strategies to cope with life long anxiety and depression by helping me gain insight into my thinking and behavior ways to better manage it. She is very personable and cares about her clients.
