Hard to get an appointment. Especially when it's an emergency. A few weeks for an emergency is outrageous. And trust me I tried working with them. When it's an emergency you should get squeezed in. And forget about the answering service. Why have one if you're not going to return calls? I had to make an appointment for the next day after being sent home from a different hospital because they didn't have an eye specialist on staff.
