Dr. Kim-Khanh Nguyen, OD

Miserable experience. Witnessed one of the front desk ladies literally yelling at a man in front of his little girl because he tried opening the front door to ask about a walk-in. Apparently this location is in an extremely violent area so they keep the doors locked at all times, and you have to call the front desk to be let in. The man didn't know that, so when he tried to open the doors the front desk lady stormed up and cussed him out under her breath before opening the door to yell at him (despite him standing there with a little girl no older than 6). In terms of my actual appointment, the doctor was extremely, extremely rushed. Talked so fast I barely caught half of what she was saying. Eye exam didn't feel like it was done properly in the rush, with my vision prescription apparently changing over 15% in the last 2 months despite having remained almost the same for over 5 years. Doctor tried to tell me that if both the Sphere and Cylinder values change it cancels out.
