Dr. Surti is an excellent doctor. She was very patient and listened to everything I had to say. She made sure to take her time and find the best possible solution for me. I highly recommend her services.

It took me years to build up the courage to go back to a psychiatrist and I am so glad that I ended up seeing Dr. Surti! She listened to and understood everything I was saying. She was so detailed in everything she told me and made sure I understood. Absolutely amazing!

I have seen many psychiatrist. She’s by far the most realist and honest. She has help me.with the medication for my diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, she understands what her clients are going thoug. Her bedside manners by far the best I’ve ever seen in a medical field she make her you feel safe with as psychiatrist and she reassures and she’s great at making decisions of medication and never felt so much better her psychiatrist- if the war starts at five, I would give her 20 stars. Her passion over her job is like no other definitely seek out to her. You won’t disappointed and having her psychiatrist

Was terminated as a patient due to a missed blood test I could not make because of work. And let alone the pharmacy was the one to tell me the day b4 she snuck into my prescriptions and changed them all the day before they were going to be filled. I’m terrified. She did not listen to my intolerance to all of the SSRI’s for my panic attacks and has now left me with only a weeks worth of each of my now 4 prescriptions which she only filled 2 of including a benzodiazepine she cut me down from 60 a month to 7 a month. I’m going to have extreme rebound anxiety or worse. This lady cares not for anyone. And everyone knows how difficult it is to find a doctor in a week. It’s basically impossible to get an appointment in a week. This lady needs to lose her license. Complete disregard for human beings and their lives. Zero stars. Stay away from this arrogant monster.

It's funny that I have memory issues and you use them against me. Your office is so unprofessional. They set up a telehealth but refuse to send reminders. Every other doctors office that knows my condition have no problem facilitating for me but yours. You don't want to talk to your clients after telling them to call with any problems. You should be ashamed. I hope this review protects people from your business and you in general. You give people false hope and false promises. Thank you and your staff for nothing.

Khushboo takes an active interest in her patients. I didn’t know what to expect before seeing her, but I found that she is not in this business simply for a paycheck. She truly cares and she is available to help in every way possible.

I was excited to start seeing Khushboo & genuinely anticipated a constructive & positive provider/patient relationship. From the initial appt I learned that she tends to run late but given that I would expect/appreciate the same in return, I looked past this flaw & hoped it was a one-time mishap as she was thorough & professional otherwise. My follow-up appt which was understandably necessary to refill my prescriptions was scheduled a few weeks out; I started a new job & had limited availability but was able to honor this preexisting appt; I waited for 40mins in the virtual waiting room without any calls or a heads up that she was running extremely behind schedule until after the fact. It was forced to be rescheduled 2 more weeks out, med. refills pending, & she again made me waste my 30 min lunch break to then attempt to initiate the appt 30mins past scheduled time. She has no respect for her patient's time & assumes that because it's a doctors appt, that excuses her tardiness. Wrong.
