Horrible care and worse attitudes
An absolute and perpetual hot mess. Prescriptions are ALWAYS messed up, delayed, not sent, etc. The therapist (Kevin Stump) and the illusive off-site prescribing doctor (who only reviews prescriptions on Mondays and Wednesday ?!?!), and office staff are simply indifferent to the significant health impacts of their patients going on and off strong medications due to their ridiculous, flawed processes. This office cannot process a prescription refill without 4-7 business days of notice even if it is their error for not sending it on the day of the appointment 9 DAYS EARIER (as they promised). That is a combined TWO WEEK for the patient to wait for their vital prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. When they reply to messages sent through their patient portal, they contains incorrect information, lack of follow-through, or a curt, condescending tone (despite the error being theirs) or sometimes they don't respond at all.
