This person could not and would not handle my son when he was episodic. He actually left his session with my son and came out to the waiting room and said ' what is wrong with him? He is whispering, and speaking in a different language? UMM, you tell me, I thought you were the doc. You know he has an illness. Then in the waiting room, Kevin pointed at my son and yelled ' You should be in the hospital' My son ran from the office and was missing for 12 hours in Worcester in a psychotic state.

Always easy to talk to. Gives great advice. Recommend him to everyone!

Great advice and care. Exceptional follow through. We have done both telehealth and in-person visits.

Kevin has been a pleasure to have as a Dr. He’s always very uplifting and he really listens whenever I talk about my problems and I trust that he makes provides the best care possible.

Left me hanging for 5 (five!) scheduled appointments, then abruptly terminated my patient status for missing appointments. Absolutely infuriating. Rude staff as well.

Does not keep appointments, rude staff, very unprofessional. Bad, untrustworthy evaluation, he just reads a checklist from the internet and doesn't care at all about his patients.

Always having trouble getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Never speak to the receptionist or anyone in that building. They send a message over to them. Not very happy today son will go without his medication gave them 4 days to send script into pharmacy. Also tried 7 days ahead of time and was told to early.

I would recommend this "Dr." to my worst enemy. First of all he's not an actual doctor which I was never once made aware of, he is a nurse practitioner. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that however a patient should be told this, he was always referred to as doctor by every staff member I spoke with and the front desk staff who made the appointments. I really hade high hopes going into our appointments but they were quickly dashed. He frequently cancelled and rescheduled our appointments but then tried to blame me for that. When we did meet he had to leave in the middle of our session so I was once again rescheduled only difference was this time it would be a virtual appointment. Well I made it to the appointment ten minutes early and waited for exactly fifty seven minutes for a "dr" who never showed. Only to get an apology from the front desk for not being told he had cancelled another appointment. If your looking for help don't come to this place, unless you enjoy drama.
