Very knowledgeable and thorough. My son had some knee pain and he is helping us find answers and doing well with following up.

Went in with my mother, who just broke her arm and none of the staff were masked. They were all unfriendly. I politely asked the nurse/tech to please put a mask on in the exam room and she said, in a sarcastic tone, “ lf I can find one.” So, I went up the front desk to get her one. She refused to put it on and then as I was leaving (only out of respect for my mother) the PA told me to “leave and take my political opinions with me”. I was in shock. I never said anything political at all. They do not care about putting their patients at risk. Furthermore, the 6ft PA purposely towered over me (a 5ft female) to intimidate me. What a shame. Makes you wonder what health practices that they have in the OR.

I’ve seen Kevin two times in the past two months and each time has been a very disappointing experience. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to see him, and when I do he spends maybe two minutes in the room with me. He leaves no time for me to ask questions and doesn’t ask if I have questions. It’s as if he assumes he knows exactly what the problem is and is just regurgitating the same old spiel he gives to everyone with ankle problems. I don’t appreciate using so much of my time and money to see someone who doesn’t want to be helpful. I am finding a new ortho.

He was horrible to us told us it had nothing to do with her bones or muscles and that its her heart and he doesnt fix hearts. Thats without examining her and we had a ct readily availible for him. Not caring comes back in the room and sits down and says ok why dont you tell me what's really going. We were both offened, my daughter and i. So we went back to primary care right after that visit and he was not impressed. He said no its not her heart. So when we get to cardiologist they all laughed.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and helpful. His staff could be a little more helpful at times, but I don't hold that against him as a provider.
