I am needing an appt for my meds refills and blood work, if necessary. Or Access to portal. Kevin is my go to dr(nurse). Brenda Scott 10/26/1958 tried to use portal not getting access to it. I blew my car up trying to get to last appt. Have had no way to get to appt. daughters work full time,hubby full time . Daughter finally acknowledged mom needs meds. I am using Walmart on hackworth dr in Adamsville al. Out of meds. please call in and give me access to portal too. Thank you. would like to talk with you Kevin online be fine Between the crohns, fibromyalgia,thyroid levels etc. not feeling good. if appt is given need a day or two ahead to arrange it. afternoon appt needed. or Portal access please. Thank you Kevin.
