On my second session, it was as if the first one had not even taken place. She forgot most of my details and I ended up having to re-tell my story. She kept asking me "what do YOU think you should do about it?" instead of exploring options with me. Started appointments late but always ended right on the minute. She did not show up for an appointment because she confused the scheduling and I got little in way of apology. Not helpful, and was short and cold with me on more than one occasion. I gave her a few tries but there were so many red flags in just four sessions.
