Wonderful
Telehealth
Kerrie is absolutely phenomenal. Anyone who has ever been on a journey to find the correct medication combination knows how frustrating and daunting of a process it is. I was in a bad state when I first found Kerrie over a year ago. She is so kind and professional and truly set me at ease concerning the entire ‘trial and error’ process. She is always quick to respond to any direct messages I send. She also worked tirelessly to get me pre-authorizations when my insurance gave me a hard time about coverage. She is a problem solver and anytime we came to an obstacle she found a way to overcome it. I have been blessed to have found Kerrie. Because of her I have found peace in my life that I honestly thought I would never have again.
