A rewarding experience
I had been experiencing a problem for a few days and was hoping time would take care of it.Little did I know that a very few minutes with Kerri would set my mind at ease and start me on my way to feeling much better..From the moment I walked in the door it was apparent that my well being was the staff focus. Attentive and pleasant. Glad to have met her!!
Dr. Katona listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them with a solution and even asked for my approval when her diagnosis was made. I was very pleased. I got in and out in 20 minutes. my first trip there on a Saturday and I was very pleased. Thanks to Everyone

SUPERIOR!
I have developed a serious left butt sciatic nerve pain which threw me into a level 8 pain level. I called Bay St. Ortho about getting to see my dr., Dr. Mancini but he is not available until Aug. 19!!! My concierge doctor in Charleston, SC, sent me a PT script which I took to Jeff Samyn at N. Michigan Sports Med. who I have used before. Jeff did a through exam and came up with a plan. BUT, he said, if I were in 8 level pain, like you, I would go to the new Bay St. Ortho outpatient location for immediate help. I walked in to BSO at 3 pm Monday, July 10. I received the most amazing service, top professional medical attention to detail, an xray( my left hip looks normal) and strategy. Kerri recommended a cortizone shot (you need to ask her for details) to begin to relieve the swelling. I was finished by 4:15 pm! Will do PT for 4 weeks. But, not out of the clear. Dr. Julie Mueller, in Petoskey, a member of our family, highly suggested I see Dr. Bozzio. Your thoughts?
